Laguna Vista Boat Club, located on the north shores of Lake Nacimiento, is made up of approximately 21 lots. There are several homes constructed to date. They are closely knitted among each other on this 10 acre parcel. As with a lot of communities that originated many years ago title to these lots are in the form of stock.
